Connect the X5 driving recorder to the power supply and turn it on, turn on the WIFI of the smartphone, search for and connect to the wireless network with the DEE_X5_****** network ID name, and the default connection password is 12345678.

● Q: Why I can not turn on my device after receiving it?
● A: Please check the power supply cord of the dash cam, and make sure all the connections are well connected.

● Q: Is the device suitable for my vehicle?
● A: Our products are small and adjustable in angle, suitable for 99% of 12/24V vehicle installations

● Q: Do I need to manually turn ON/OFF the dash cam?
● A: After the dashcam is connected well to the power supply, no need to manually turn it ON/OFF.
① Whenever the car is started, the dash cam automatically boots up and starts video recording.
② The dashcam will be turned OFF automatically when the vehicle is turned OFF.
【Notice for X5-F & X5-FR time-lapse video recording function】
In the App setting, if the time-lapse video recording function is turned ON, when the car's ACC is OFF, the device will keep working and enter the time-lapse recording mode. The maximum continuous recording of the time-lapse video should not exceed 24 hours to save energy from the car's battery.

● Q: Why is the app not working?
● A:
① Please confirm whether the smartphone is connected to the WiFi of the dash cam normally.
② When operating the dash cam function, please stop video recording in the APP first.

● Q: How to watch the recorded video?
● A: ① After connecting the smartphone to the driving recorder through WIFI, you can view and replay all the historical videos in the TF card through the APP.
② Remove the TF card and view the video on the computer through the TF card reader.
