Shipping and Returns
Many of our products are sent to you directly by partner suppliers abroad, mostly in China. Others are sold by sellers in Nigeria. This page explains how delivery and returns work for each.
Delivery
- Imported items: usually delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. You get a tracking number when your order ships and can follow it on our Order Tracking page.
- Items sold from Nigeria: usually delivered in 1 to 5 working days.
- Each product page shows whether the item is imported.
Customs and supplier delivery charges
For some imported items, customs duties or the supplier’s delivery charge may apply. Whether they apply depends on the product. Where they do, they are paid by the buyer.
Returns
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Change of mind: accepted only for items sold from Nigeria, if unused and in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Imported items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can tell you where to send it.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few days to show it.
Your rights
This policy does not affect your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, for goods that are faulty or not as described.
